PTI – Modular Belt
Application:
Modular belts are assembled from plastic modules to form a complete belt. This offers extreme flexibility in terms of choosing modules for straight belts, curved belts, z-belts, elevators, etc. Additionally, there are numerous options for coatings, studs, and carriers, selected for the specific task.
Modular belts can be used to transport all kinds of products and packaging.
The conveyor belts are custom-made for integration into process lines, flexible or in straight runs.
Modular belts are robust and have a long lifespan.
PTI’s stands for modular conveyor belts have a unique design with optimal hygiene and are very easy to clean.
The conveyor belt is typically constructed of steel sides mounted with POM guide rails for forward & return.
PTI A/S designs modular conveyor belts based on modules from recognized manufacturers such as Uni Chains/Ammerraal Beltech, Intralox, Habasit, and more.
Materials:
Materials in contact with food comply with Regulation 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 as well as Regulation 10/2011 for plastics.
Designed according to Hygienic Design (DS/EN 1672-2 + A1:2009).
