PTI Inline Weighing Machine with Associated Packaging Handling
The inline weighing machine is designed to weigh portions from 50-300 grams exceptionally gently. The total vertical difference in level (from the top of the weighing machine to the bottom of the packaging) is 500 mm, and it occurs on chutes with a maximum slope of 16°.
Capacity is about 40 cups per minute.
The inline weighing machine is specifically designed for very easy cleaning in connection with product changes. Any disassembly and assembly of weighing containers and vibratory channels can be done without the use of tools.
The machine is only 1.5 m in working and functional height, making it easy for the operator to oversee the process and cleaning. All operations are conducted on the floor in the production area.
