Turnkey Dairy
A complete and turnkey dairy has been designed and built by PTI A/S.
The dairy is designed to weigh milk in buckets from local milk producers. The dairy produces drinking milk, yogurt, and butter. Additionally, the dairy features a blending plant for recombining milk powder.
The dairy consists of:
- Weighing including raw milk tanks
- Re-combination plant for milk powder
- Pasteurization unit with separator, homogenizer, and 300-second holding cell
- Fermentation tanks for yogurt
- UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) processing unit
- Butter churn
- Automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) system
- Ice water system
- Compressed air system
