{"id":1642,"date":"2023-12-06T09:18:59","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T07:18:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pti.qki.dk\/produkter\/hygiejnisk-el-boks-til-sikkerheds-afbrydere-og-as-i-komponenter\/"},"modified":"2024-03-21T13:32:07","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T11:32:07","slug":"hygiejnisk-el-boks-til-sikkerheds-afbrydere-og-as-i-komponenter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pti-as.dk\/en\/produkter\/hygiejnisk-el-boks-til-sikkerheds-afbrydere-og-as-i-komponenter\/","title":{"rendered":"Hygienic Design"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Hygienic Electrical Box for Safety Switches and AS-I Components<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Hygienic Design<\/li>\n<li>EMC Shielding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The electrical box is specially designed for hygienic and\/or wet production environments in the food and pharmaceutical industries.<br \/>\nAvailable in several versions for use with safety switches for electric motors and AS-Interface components (or similar automation components).<\/p>\n<h3>Hygienic Design<\/h3>\n<p>The design has no horizontal surfaces and meets all the requirements in the Danish Material Network&#8217;s (formerly Steel Center) recommendations for hygienic design of cable routing and electrical cabinets.<\/p>\n<h3>EMC Shielding<\/h3>\n<p>The metal construction of the electrical box functions as an EMC shield and connects the shielded cables.<\/p>\n<p>Very suitable for use with frequency-controlled motors.<br \/>\nThe switch does NOT need to be EMC classified.<\/p>\n<h3>User-friendly and Robust<\/h3>\n<p>The unique angled design provides extra space during mounting. The screws remain loosely attached to the front plate when the boxes are separated. There are holes for cable entries, minimizing the electrician&#8217;s time spent on punching holes.
