The dairy produces drinking milk, yogurt, and butter. Additionally, the dairy features a blending plant for recombining milk powder.<\/p>\n<p>The dairy consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weighing including raw milk tanks<\/li>\n<li>Re-combination plant for milk powder<\/li>\n<li>Pasteurization unit with separator, homogenizer, and 300-second holding cell<\/li>\n<li>Fermentation tanks for yogurt<\/li>\n<li>UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) processing
