PTI – Filler<\/h1>\n

The PTI – Filling machine is used for filling liquid media into, for example, vacuum trays or similar compartmentalized media. The machine doses based on a piston pump principle, where the stroke length can be varied. The system is pneumatically driven and PLC-controlled.<\/p>\n

The pump can perform a single stroke when activated by a push button, or can pump continuously on a signal from a timer, sensor, or from other machines. The pump and various valves are selected and designed for the specific task, taking into account viscosity, gentle filling, foam, and other factors that influence the filling process.<\/p>\n
