Conveyor System with PU Belt for All Products<\/strong><\/h1>\n

PTI’s conveyor system with a PU belt has a significantly long lifespan and is resistant to fats, oils, and many chemicals.<\/p>\n

PU belts are belt conveyors, or more precisely, a conveyor system with closed belts, making them suitable for very small as well as larger products, whether light or medium-heavy. The products can be either packaged or unpackaged.<\/p>\n

Flexible, Easy, and Cleaning-friendly Conveyor System<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The radius of the turning nose can be made very small, which makes it easy to transfer products to and from the PU belt, where the drive typically comes from a drum motor. The choice of belt type for the conveyor system is made individually for each task, and it can be delivered with adjustable side guides.<\/p>\n

Our belt conveyor with a PU belt is very cleaning-friendly. Additionally, the stands for the PU belt conveyors have a unique design that allows for optimal hygiene. Thus, the stands are also very cleaning-friendly. In other words, our entire conveyor system is suitable for tasks where there are hygiene requirements.<\/p>\n

PTI’s belt conveyors can be used as a conveyor system for all types of products and packaging, primarily within the food industry. Our conveyor systems are, of course, designed for integration into a process line.<\/p>\n

Our Conveyor System is Food Contact Safe<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The materials in this conveyor system that come into contact with food comply with Regulation 1935\/2004 and 2023\/2006 as well as Regulation 10\/2011 for plastics. Moreover, they are designed according to hygienic design standards (DS\/EN 1672-2 + A1:2009).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
