Assembly
PTI A/S provides industrial pipe and machinery assembly for the food and process industries.
Our team of assemblers specializes in the assembly of stainless steel components and machinery.
All assemblers are at minimum certified according to DS/EN 9606-1:2017 and are trained to perform work in areas with very high hygiene requirements.
We assemble:

- Conveyor belts

- Ventilation systems
- Cable trays
Pipe welds are marked with welding tags for traceability to the assembler.
If possible/appropriate, parts of the assembly are prepared in our workshop to reduce the assembly time on site as much as possible.
PTI A/S assembles both our own and others’ machines/components.
We have extensive experience with components from most major manufacturers such as Alfa Laval, GEA/Tuchenhagen, SPX/APV, Bürkert, Siemens, Baumer, E+H, KEOFITT, LOGSTOR, etc. It is up to the customer to decide which manufacturer should be the component supplier.
The purchase of components is either handled by the customer or by PTI A/S.
In parallel with the assembly tasks, we can offer:
- Concept development, process design, and machine design.
- Independent advice on component selection.
- Independent advice on the design of cleaning processes (CIP plants and CIP systems).
- Project management.
- Drawing of P&ID diagrams, 3D drawings, layout plans.
- Compilation of component lists.
- Preparation of process descriptions for automation use.
- CE-marking.
